As one of the oldest Hillels in the country, UChicago Hillel has a rich history. We are committed to preserving  the memory of many scholars, rabbis and student leaders. The Latke Hamantash debates were founded in this building and many notable scholars have shared wisdom with students in our Great Room.   We’re beginning a project to build our archives, so we’d be delighted to hear from you to add your memories to our story.
